Refund Policy

Swedish Falls will give a full refund for undamaged items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be received within 30 days after the sale receipt. All sales are final, and no refunds will be given for the products below:
- Food & Tea
- Gift cards
- Items with special shipping restrictions
- Personalized or made-to-order products clearly marked as on-demand or custom made.
- Any discounted items marked for final sale.
Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. After receiving and inspecting returns, Swedish Falls will refund the amount on the invoice to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required. To prevent fraud and abuse, Swedish Falls may ask for additional information, such as a government-issued photo ID. All personal information provided will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. Swedish Falls reserves the right to block further purchases by customers suspected of misusing this policy.
